Trading from breakfast until late, Stringers Sorrento incorporates an Italian-inspired deli and grocer, authentic wood-fired Neopolitan pizza and gelateria, rear courtyard and a champagne and oyster bar. Chef Ash Hicks, heads up the restaurant and bar, with a menu inspired by seasonal Italian flavours and local produce.
